Mrs Maree Rablin “Aunty Rabs”

At 10 years of age Aunty Rabs showed her mum a newspaper clipping for ballet lessons, she told her this is what she wanted to do and she has been dancing ever since. Aunty Rabs believes dance is a way of expressing yourself without having to say any words. Her greatest achievement is sharing her love of dance with her daughter Renee and watching her grow into the wonderful person she is today.
Aunty Rabs has completed the following examinations:

  • Classical Ballet – RAD Pre-Elementary
  • Tap – CSTD Senior Gold Star
  • Jazz – CSTD Level 5 Jazz

Aunty Rabs other interests include:

  • Costume design and making.
  • Dog training where she participates and holds an open license for the sport of Dances with Dogs. Aunty Rabs recently performed and won the DWD Intermediate section at the Brisbane Ekka. She has also judged the DWD several times at the Brisbane Ekka.

Aunty Rabs is excited to be back in the studio, meeting new parents and students and watching how our students (young and old) can do anything they set their minds too.
